Mission Statement
The mission of the Parking Enforcement Department is to enforce all parking laws within the city to promote, protect and improve the health, safety and welfare of the citizens and visitors to the City of Anna Maria.

Parking Laws are strictly enforced in Anna Maria.
Common Parking Violations but not all:

  • Parking with tires on the pavement
  • Parking on or over a sidewalk
  • Parked facing oncoming traffic
  • Parking where prohibited
  • Angle parking
  • Parked within 30’ of a stop sign
  • Parked within 20’ of intersection
  • Double parked
  • Blocking drive
  • Parked between 10pm – 6 am
